The Hurricanes are ¬†fresh out of their¬†five-wicket win over the Sydney Thunder at Blundstone Arena on Sunday and will be looking to stay at the top in their next match.¬†Rana Naveed was awarded ‚ÄėMan of the Match‚Äô in the last game and¬†took three wickets, which Hobart will be looking to repeat as their team remains unchanged.¬†
Unsurprisingly Betfair are offering the best odds on the Hurricanes at $1.74, with¬†Brisbane Heat at $2.25 with Luxbet. Despite their respective form it seems that it’s not out of the realms of¬†possibility¬†that Heat could get their first win of the campaign.

The Hurricanes fourth straight win last week was phenomenal and not even a Chris Gayle half-century could halt the unstoppable team. The Thunder only managed 8-138 in their 20 overs, with the Hurricanes reaching 5-139 with eight balls to spare to make it four wins from four in the inaugural version of the competition.
Brisbane Heat have had a terrible campaign in the new Big Bash and are so far pointless. They’re the only side with no points to show at the midway stage of the competition. ¬†Their last match saw them lose by¬†31-runs to the Adelaide Strikers who, as a result, currently sit third in the ladder. They’ll need to really up their game in this match to stand any chance of reaching the Semi Finals; it’s all to play for!
